Favourite benefits and uses of frankincense

Our favourite ways to use frankincense
  •  For seasonal immune support - rub 1 drop of Frankincense on the bottoms of the feet each day.
  •  For stress - rub 1 drop of Frankincense on the back of the neck. Also, at the end of a long day, you can add 1 drop of Frankincense and 1 drop of Lavender to a warm bath and soak.
  • When you or someone around you is not feeling well or you feel like you're coming down with something - place 10 drops each of Frankincense, OnGuard, Lemon, and Oregano in a 10ml glass roller ball. Fill the rest of the bottle up with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Then, rub a few swipes on the bottoms of your feet each day.
  • Headache relief - place 1 drop of Frankincense and 1 drop of Copiaba under the tongue.
  • To reduce the appearance of wrinkles, scars, or blemishes - add 1 drop of Frankincense to your favorite face cream and rub into the skin.
  • Because of its emotional and spiritual effect, the high vibrational aroma of frankincense essential oil is commonly used in prayer and meditation, helping a person drop out of their mind and ego and move into presence with their spirit or center of consciousness.
Menstrual Discomfort Blend: 
Massage 2 drops Sandalwood and 2 drops Frankincense over the abdomen and lower back to ease discomfort.
