1. Peppermint - cool and soothing for irregular movements
2. Cardamom - related to ginger for digestive enzymes
3. Clove - antimicrobial to help support healthy yeast levels
4. Tea tree - Natural threat destroyer to help overall gut health
5. Fennel - digestive aid
And my personal favourite: DigestZen (or ZenGest), which contains many of the oils mentioned above and supports healthy digestion and soothes the occasional upset stomach.
